# Coaching Session Terms and Conditions

### **Purpose of the Session**

The session provides short, high-level guidance on OKRs. It is designed to help you clarify specific issues, understand blockers, and identify practical next steps.

It is not a consulting engagement, an OKR audit, or a substitute for ongoing coaching.

***

### **Eligibility**

To qualify for this session:

* You must be an admin or designated representative of a Tability customer.
* You must not already be working with an OKR coach through Tability or a partner referral.
* You must complete the intake form accurately, including disclosure of any existing coaching relationships.

Tability or the consultant may decline participation if eligibility conditions are not met.

***

### **Scope of the Session**

**In Scope**

* Discussion of specific OKR questions or blockers
* High-level structural guidance
* Review of 1–2 provided OKRs
* General recommendations for next steps

**Out of Scope**

* Rewriting OKRs end-to-end
* Designing or restructuring your OKR program
* Workshops, retrospectives, diagnostics
* Deliverables or extended follow-up after the session

Consultants may send short follow-up notes at their discretion, but this is optional.

***

### **Duration and Format**

* The session is 30 minutes.
* Sessions are held via the consultant’s meeting platform.
* Consultants may end the session on time even if all topics are not resolved.

***

### **Customer Responsibilities**

By booking, you agree to:

* Arrive prepared with specific questions or OKRs
* Attend the session on time
* Provide accurate information in the intake form

No-shows may forfeit eligibility.

***

### **Consultant Relationship**

Consultants are independent partners, not Tability employees.

Any follow-on work is handled directly between you and the consultant.

***

### **No Guarantees**

This session provides guidance only. Consultants do not guarantee outcomes, OKR success, or organisational results.

***

### **Privacy**

Information you provide is used only for matching you with a consultant and delivering the session.

It will not be shared beyond Tability and the assigned consultant.

***

**Program Changes**

Tability may update or discontinue this program at any time.
