# Who should be a user in Tability?

When assigning your team seats, you'll want to include:

* Anyone who is responsible for reporting on the progress of your goals
  * This might be leaders, team managers, or individual contributors
* Anyone who is going to keep tasks related to your goals up to date
  * Mostly individual contributors
* Anyone who is driving the overall OKR strategy
  * Chief of Staff or Chief Strategy Officer, for instance. Whoever is responsible for OKRs in general.
