You can connect Tability to Monday.com to automatically pull board metrics into your check-ins.
Once you add Monday.com as a data source for an outcome/Key Result, Tability can:
Pull the latest metric value when you open the check-in form.
Automatically sync your metric while the plan is active on Premium subscriptions.
How to enable the integration
Step 1. Open the integrations page
Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations.
Step 2. Connect Monday.com
Find Monday.com in the Data connectors section
Click Connect to Monday.com
Complete the authorization flow
Tability installs the Monday.com integration at the workspace level.
How to add a data source to an outcome/key result
Step 1. Open the outcome or KPI editor
Open your outcome or KPI, then go to the Data Source tab.
Step 2. Select Monday.com
Choose Monday from the list of available data sources.
Step 3. Choose the metric and board
Tability lets you select:
The group, when the selected metric needs a specific group
Current Monday.com metrics include:
Completed high priority items
Step 4. Save and preview
Click Save & preview to confirm the setup and preview the current value.
How the data source is used in check-ins
Once the connector is saved, Tability will display the latest Monday.com value in the check-in form.
If auto-sync is enabled on a Premium subscription, Tability will also create synced check-ins automatically while the plan is active.
