# Favro

You can connect Tability to Favro to automatically pull work-management metrics into your check-ins.

Once you add Favro as a data source for an outcome/Key Result, Tability can:

* Pull the latest value when you open the check-in form.
* Automatically sync your metric while the plan is active on Premium subscriptions.

## How to enable the integration

### Step 1. Open the integrations page

Go to **Workspace Settings > Integrations**.

### Step 2. Connect Favro

1. Find **Favro** in the **Data connectors** section
2. Click **Connect to Favro**
3. Enter the Favro username to use for the connection
4. Enter a Favro API key
5. Click **Save**

Tability uses a workspace-level Favro connection, so once it is installed other users can select Favro in their data source picker.

## How to add a data source to an outcome/key result

### Step 1. Open the outcome or KPI editor

Open your outcome or KPI, then go to the **Data Source** tab.

### Step 2. Select Favro

Choose **Favro** from the list of available data sources.

### Step 3. Select what to measure

Depending on the metric you want, Tability lets you select an organization and then choose the relevant Favro resource.

Available Favro metrics include:

* Completed tasks in a widget
* Open tasks in a widget
* Collection count
* Cards in a column

### Step 4. Save and preview

Click **Save & preview** to confirm the connection and preview the current value.

## How the data source is used in check-ins

Once the connector is saved, Tability will display the latest Favro value in the check-in form.

If auto-sync is enabled on a Premium subscription, Tability will also create synced check-ins automatically while the plan is active.
