# OKRs with Tability

By default, Tability uses the terms objectives, outcomes, and initiatives. It is however really easy to change the terms to use OKRs.

## Customising the terms for OKRs

1. Go to the Customise terms section of your workspace admin

2. Change the default terms to match the OKRs framework.

| Tability term | OKR term |
| ------------- | ---------- |
| Objective | Objective |
| Outcome | Key Result |
| Initiative | Task |

That's it! Now you'll find the term objectives, key results, and tasks referenced in your workspace.
