# Workspace Settings

Find and configure workspace-wide settings in Tability

Workspace settings control the defaults, access rules, terminology, appearance, and integrations shared by everyone in a Tability workspace.

## Open workspace settings

You must be a workspace **Owner**, **Admin**, or **IT admin** to see workspace settings.

1. Open the workspace you want to configure.
2. Select **Settings** in the left sidebar.
3. Choose a settings section from the navigation.

If **Settings** is not in your sidebar, ask a workspace owner or admin to make the change or update your role. Personal notification and standup preferences are separate; open your profile menu for those settings.

## Choose the right settings section

### Workspace

* **Details:** update the workspace name, URL, and time zone.
* **Usage & reports:** review workspace usage and available reports.
* **Default settings:** set defaults for check-ins, reports, standups, new users, API access, plans, and KPIs.
* **Integrations:** connect services used across the workspace.
* **Theme:** change workspace colours and branding.
* **Customise:** change the names and labels used for objectives, outcomes, and initiatives.
* **Manage Tags:** create and maintain workspace tags.
* **Audit trail:** review administrative activity when this feature is included in your subscription.
* **Delete your workspace:** permanently delete the workspace. This section is visible only to owners.

### Security & privacy

Use **Access & Security**, **Access whitelisting**, **Single Sign-on**, **AI settings**, and **Privacy** to control how people authenticate and how workspace data is used. The sections available depend on your role and subscription.

### User & team management

Use **Users** to review members, change roles, manage plan-admin or API access, and remove people from the workspace. See [Managing users and roles](/docs/become-a-tability-power-user/features/workspace-settings/managing-users-and-roles.md) and [Inviting users](/docs/become-a-tability-power-user/features/workspace-settings/inviting-users.md).

### Billing and developer settings

Workspace owners can manage the **Subscription**. IT admins, admins, and owners can access the relevant **Developer** settings; available options can include API applications and webhooks.

{% hint style="info" %}
Settings apply to the workspace you currently have open. If you belong to more than one workspace, check the workspace name before saving a change.
