My focus
Use My focus as your personal workspace dashboard
My focus is your personal workspace dashboard in Tability. It brings together the goals, initiatives, check-ins, and team context that matter to you so you can update progress and decide what to work on next without switching between multiple pages.
You can open it from the left sidebar by clicking My focus.
What you can do in My focus
My focus combines two main tabs:
Focus
The Focus tab is where you manage your own work.
It includes:
Pending check-ins: Any outcomes or key results that need your update
My outcomes: Goals you own, plus a toggle to see the goals where you are a contributor
My initiatives: Initiatives assigned to you, grouped by timing such as this week, next week, later, and recently closed
My insights: A quick summary of your progress, confidence, and initiative completion
Recent plans: Shortcuts back to plans you were working in recently
If you need to report progress, this is usually the fastest place to start.
Newsfeed
The Newsfeed tab lets you review updates from other people across the workspace without leaving My focus.
Use it when you want to:
catch up on check-ins and activity from plans you care about
follow teammates and keep an eye on their updates
focus on updates from your teams
Why teams use My focus
My focus is useful for individual contributors, managers, and goal owners because it keeps daily execution close to the goals that matter.
Typical uses include:
completing weekly check-ins
reviewing which outcomes you own versus contribute to
tracking assigned initiatives without opening each plan separately
checking whether your confidence or progress is starting to slip
